A few weeks ago lawmakers in Virginia were cleaning house and repealing some laws that were no longer needed. Good idea. One of the laws that they were working on was dealing with the so-called "Blue Law" that affected people working on Sundays, or whatever their day of worship was. Inadvertantly, they repealed a law that set some excusions in the old blue law for several businesses. This had the effect of putting the old blue law back into law. Confused yet?
